In 1902 Euclides da Cunha wrote a book Os Sertões by which landscape artist Roberto Burle Marx got inspired designing a park in Recife. In 2004 the park was restored based up on the memories of the inhabitants of Recife. Maria Barnas made a movie about this restoration for which Peter Lunow wrote the music of which I played the guitar part. In 2011 this music was released on vinyl.
