The Amsterdam Guitar Trio made and played many transcriptions. The trio gave it’s last concert in 2003 but until today I get requests for the scores. Unfortunately there are not many of them. The transcriptions, made by Olga and Helenus, were subjects to many changes made during rehearsals or right after concerts. We kept fine tuning and changing the score and whenever we felt the transcription was ready, each one of us made his own part. The separate parts were hardly ever brought back together in one score.
But last week, while I was looking for something else, I found the score of a transcription of an early Mozart Symphony. For who ever want’s to play it, here is part one: Allegro Spirituoso
If you want to know how it sounds, you can listen to it at Bandcamp. Free download until the end of this week. Enjoy!
Next week: Part two Andante.
